This enables our company to not only understand today’s complex technical challenges but to also be able to offer solutions and advice in a range of diverse markets and industries, such as aerospace and the oil and gas sector.

Our experienced quality control and assurance team is able to assist and work with you to provide cost effective solutions ranging from initial design advice and production methods right through to a reduction in plant downtime and maintenance costs. We achieve these results by producing surface technologies that increase your critical components performance and extend their overall life expectancy.

We work in partnership with associations and academia to ensure that we are at the forefront of all the latest developments and research in materials and processes across the many different industries and applications we offer, including joint international projects.

As quality control and assurance is at the core of E/M Coating Services business we only operate to the very highest quality control procedures. Accordingly we are able to demonstrate numerous OEM approvals for the application of coatings to aerospace, automotive and other industrial components and several of our experienced workforce are NACE Level 3 trained quality inspectors. In addition our company has been awarded AS9100, NADCAP and ISO 9001 and ISO 2008 approvals.
